Requirements

  • Completed and Verifiable Bachelor's Degree (Administrative Informatics, Marketing)
  • English (Basic)
  • Sales Experience (4 years)
  • Office & Windows (Advanced)
  • Market Development (Advanced)
  • Sales Service Models (RTM) (Advanced)
  • Route Planning and Organization (Advanced)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all routes have their complete crew to properly serve assigned customers.
  • Manage replacements due to rotation and absenteeism.
  • Administer resources to achieve greater benefits in sales and execution.
  • Customer credit management in conjunction with Market Development.
  • Control of unproductive equipment aligned with customer sales.
  • Prepare weekly balance check to maintain current portfolio.
  • Administer and supervise gift and bonus processes.
  • Verify proper registration per customer according to internal audit.
  • Supervise and ensure the efficiency of logistics and sales service.
  • Monitor route service (departure and refills).
  • Coordinate solutions with logistics to guarantee service.
  • Perform route visits at least twice a week.
  • Attend to customers with service complaints.
  • Validate routes according to route design.
  • Support route restructuring based on geocoding and optimization.
  • Supervise and ensure the index of product passed.
