Requirements

  • Completed and Verifiable Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related)
  • Basic English
  • Experience as Warehouse Manager (1 year), Transport Manager (1 year), Administrative Assistant (1 year), Distribution Supervisor (1 year)
  • Knowledge of Personnel Administration (Advanced)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the reception of finished product, validating physical vs. system inventories, packaging conditions, and labeling.
  • Coordinate with Production the start-up of lines, ensuring correct reconciliation of inputs and materials.
  • Continuously monitor inventories of finished product, inputs, and auxiliary materials, managing waste, surplus, and rejections.
  • Assign resources (personnel, equipment, docks) for the correct reception, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Supervise loading, unloading, and storage activities, ensuring quality, order, and optimal conditions in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate the sending and receiving of inventories between distribution centers, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Monitor the freight program, optimizing the use of transport, service times, and operational flow.
  • Supervise the preparation and loading of orders for distribution, ensuring compliance with quality, quantities, and freshness.
  • Ensure inventory control (physical counts, cycles, and audits), avoiding discrepancies, shortages, or surpluses.
  • Ensure compliance with storage policies (FIFO, order, cleanliness, and correct material location).
  • Implement and supervise safety measures to protect employees, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage the proper use of technological tools (tablets, handhelds, inventory systems).
  • Coordinate, train, and evaluate personnel under their charge, optimizing performance and achievement of objectives.
  • Manage schedules, vacations, incidents, and performance of the operational team.
  • Monitor key indicators (KPIs) and participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
