Mission: To manage and process the payment of salaries and wages of employees in order to ensure accuracy, punctuality, and compliance with current labor and tax laws, following the internal policies of the organization. Ensure the calculation of deductions, benefits, and compensation, maintaining updated records and guaranteeing the confidentiality of payroll information. Ensure the correct application of remuneration policies, as well as the integration of incidents, commissions, and bonuses, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the processes.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting.
  • Payroll experience (3 years).
  • Knowledge of Cost Accounting (Intermediate).
  • Knowledge of LABOR LEGISLATION (Intermediate).
  • Knowledge of Payroll Systems and S.U.A. (Advanced).
  • Specific Knowledge of WorkForce (Basic).
  • Knowledge of social security (Intermediate).
  • Proficiency in payroll software (Advanced).

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and verify employee salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor and tax obligations.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security laws in all payroll processes to avoid legal sanctions or non-compliance.
  • Administer and attend to employee inquiries and requirements related to payroll, ensuring timely and confidential attention.
  • Manage the administration, control, and user support for local attendance control platforms to ensure their correct functioning and efficient use.
  • Supervise the validation, monitoring, and sanity check of variable compensation processes to ensure their correct application and alignment with internal policies.
  • Ensure the necessary information and guarantee special payments to collaborators of Bebidas México.
