Requirements

  • Completed degree in Administrative Informatics, Marketing.
  • Experience in sales (4 years), sales administration (4 years).
  • Knowledge of Office & Windows (Advanced).
  • Knowledge of Market Development (Advanced).
  • Sales Service Models (RTM) (Advanced).
  • Route Planning and Organization (Advanced).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all routes have their complete crew to properly serve all assigned clients.
  • Manage resources to achieve the greatest benefits in sales and execution.
  • Administer and supervise processes for handling gifts and bonuses to ensure compliance with internal audit policies.
  • Supervise and ensure the efficiency of services provided by the logistics area (loads, warehouse service time) and sales (product delivery, exchange control, product rotation) with the objective of maintaining an adequate level of service and effectiveness that allows for adequate customer service.
  • Supervise the performance of the staff under their charge to establish commitments and work bonds that allow them to obtain better results in customer service.
  • Supervise and ensure the respect for delivery visit sequences in coordination with Developers to maintain an adequate level of productivity on each of their routes.
  • Supervise and ensure the index of expired product on each route, identifying the causes and correcting them together with the route personnel.
