Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement benefit and service processes to ensure worker satisfaction and comply with corporate guidelines and the Federal Labor Law.
  • Analyze and ensure the correct execution of payroll processes (weekly and bi-weekly), as well as IMSS and FONACOT, avoiding omissions.
  • Ensure compliance with training programs based on needs assessment, promoting personnel development.
  • Prepare and control event budgets and annual budgets in coordination with areas, ensuring financial control.
  • Ensure and advise on recruitment and selection processes to cover talent needs within budget.
  • Supervise occupational safety and health programs, as well as related activities, ensuring optimal conditions.
  • Monitor the functions of the areas in charge (payroll, training, safety, recruitment, and selection) for objective compliance.
  • Prepare human capital indicator reports and follow up for decision-making.
  • Present human capital area strategies to the management team, promoting development plans and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and review the labor relationship in accordance with contracts, internal regulations, and current legislation.
  • Coordinate compliance with legal obligations before governmental bodies.
  • Manage the relationship with the union to ensure a suitable work environment.
  • Administer compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulations.
  • Advise leaders on personnel management and human capital budget issues.
  • Schedule and execute socio-cultural and sports events to foster integration.
