Requirements
- Completed Technical Career.
- 1 year of experience in quality.
- Basic Knowledge of Quality (Basic).

Responsibilities
- Analyze the raw material received to verify the quality of the elaborated products.
- Take samples of the raw material received daily to perform reception tests.
- Analyze materials such as sugar, CO2, auxiliaries (soda), and fructose using equipment to channel returns for low-quality or contaminated material.
- Perform tests to determine the concentration and purity of substances that require it.
- Conduct tests for appearance, odor, and taste of CO2 to determine the quality of the received product.
- Analyze packaging, crown, screw cap, can lid, can, and BIB when covering for the supervisor.
- Identify received lots that require microbiology testing and notify the supervisor to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Use corresponding equipment to perform tests (conductimeter, densimeter, spectrophotometer, stirring plate, and burettes).
- Determine if the raw material is accepted or rejected following quality guidelines.
- Evaluate the raw material to verify that it meets the established parameters.
- Re-evaluate the obtained results in case of finding any anomaly in order to report it.
- Inform the Head of Quality Control and the Raw Materials Warehouse about materials that do not meet specifications so that necessary actions can be taken.
- Record the results obtained from the tests performed to maintain control of received, reported faulty, or quality-returned material.
- Collect Raw Material certificates for archiving.
- Generate quarterly reports evaluating supplier material compliance to compare services and make better supplier decisions.
- Request annual pesticide tests in sugar to ensure product quality standards.
- Verify that the analyses performed by the supplier are within specifications (Blowing) to ensure compliance with established quality guidelines.
