Responsibilities
- Attend and channel telephone calls, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring correct attention and direction to maintain effective and efficient communication in the company.
- Attend and channel incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure its correct distribution and avoid losses, guaranteeing efficiency in the flow of information.
- Assist in administrative tasks to contribute to the order of daily operations.
