Responsibilities
- Monitor the proper functioning of the air compressors, ammonia, workshop, and machinery that make up the production line in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic installations to avoid failures in production processes.
- Assist with maintenance of electronic equipment to detect and correct faults in a timely manner.
- Assist with required maintenance on PLCs and Variable Speed Drives according to MP to comply with machinery maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company norms and policies to meet quality guidelines.
- QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY FACET: Follow the guidelines of the ARCACONTINENTAL Quality Management System. Implement applicable ARCACONTINENTAL Quality Management System requirements, norms, and specifications for your process. Promote continuous improvement. Communicate technology and infrastructure needs. Support operational personnel in developing competencies for their activities. Activate prevention and correction systems when deviations occur in processes and indicators. Collaborate in the certification of authorized management standards. Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety, Environmental, and Safety Policies. Monitor and control risks in the operation under your charge. Establish and measure the effectiveness of established control points and measures. Communicate any situation that could affect the Quality and safety of our products, the safety and health of our workers, and the environment.
- ENVIRONMENTAL FACET: Commitment to the care and preservation of the environment. Knowledge of applicable legislation for your processes. Compliance with good environmental practices (care of natural resources, electrical energy, and gas).
- SAFETY FACET: Provide support to the industrial safety area for the implementation of the safety administration system in the bottling plant, including the allocation of resources for this purpose. Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following safety measures in your work areas and ensuring that personnel under your charge comply with them. Execute procedures inherent to the safety administration system.
