About The Position

The Village at Summerville is seeking a professional and compassionate Cook to help create a warm, homelike experience for residents. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with the required ingredients and cooking equipment.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat.
• Dress dishes before serving to ensure good presentation.
• Keep the kitchen sanitized and orderly, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation procedures.
• Monitor hot and cold temperature logs daily.
• Store food and other items properly.
• Check ingredient quality.
