About The Position

The Village at Summerville is seeking a professional and compassionate Server to help create a warm, homelike experience for residents. The role includes preparing the dining room and service stations, welcoming and seating residents, taking food orders, assisting with light food preparation, and supporting special functions as directed. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of serving experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting.
Experience using point-of-sale or touchscreen systems while serving or delivering meals.
Interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Set up the dining room and service stations.
Assist with special functions as directed.
Greet and seat residents in the dining room.
Greet residents and take their food orders in the dining room.
Participate in light preparation work as assigned.
Maintain a polite and friendly attitude.
