About The Position

The Village at Summerville is seeking a professional and compassionate Server to help create a warm, homelike experience for residents. The role includes preparing dining areas, greeting and seating residents, taking food orders, assisting with light preparation, and maintaining a polite and friendly attitude. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of serving experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting.
• Experience using point-of-sale or touchscreen systems while serving or delivering meals.
• Interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dining room and stations, and assist with special functions as directed.
• Greet and seat residents in the dining room.
• Greet residents and take their food orders in the dining room.
• Participate in light prep work as assigned.
• Maintain a polite and friendly attitude.
