About The Position

The Nutrition Group is hiring a Cook at a local K-12 school cafeteria in the Morrisville School Division. The starting pay is $16 per hour, with opportunity for growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daylight hours, with no evenings or weekends, holidays off, and no summer work. PTO and a 401(k) are listed among the position details. Requirements

• Kitchen experience.
• Ability to obtain required clearances and pass criminal background checks.
• Ability to do basic math and read recipes.

Responsibilities

• Cook food.
• Prepare food and maintain sanitation.
• Place food orders.
• Follow HACCP and health department regulations.
• Maintain cost and inventory controls.
• Use accurate accounting practices.
• Communicate with school district officials.
• Handle cashiering and money.
• Assist the Kitchen Manager with food orders and inventory.
