About The Position

Teachers at CDLC School of Morrisville implement KinderCare’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs and create safe, nurturing environments where children can play and learn. They partner with parents to provide excellent care and education, support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. The role contributes to a world-class classroom experience and helps children reach their potential.

Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Ability to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children.
Ability to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with children.
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
