About The Position

Teachers at Crème de la Crème of McKinney implement KinderCare’s curriculum to meet each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. They work in partnership with parents to provide high-quality care and education, and collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. The role also involves building positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. KinderCare says it invests in teachers’ careers and recognizes their commitment to children and families.

Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Ability to assume low-level postures for physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
