About The Position

Teachers at Crème de la Crème of Chanhassen implement KinderCare’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs and create safe, nurturing environments where children can play and learn. They partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education, support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. The role offers a stated pay rate of $15.75 per hour. In Minnesota, the company currently provides an additional $3.00 per hour for classroom hours through the Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Program.

Requirements

Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
Have outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
Be able to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Be able to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children.
Be able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with children.
Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
