About The Position
The Cook 4 (Casual) at Hilton Waikoloa Village prepares high-quality food according to designated recipes and quality standards, efficiently fulfills guest orders, and supports higher-ranked cooks with basic food preparation and simple cooking tasks. Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare guest orders efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
- Perform basic food preparation and simple cooking tasks, such as salads, sides, and basic breakfast items, to assist higher-ranked cooks.
- Inspect preparations and dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary, following proper food-handling, storage, and safety protocols.
- Master kitchen equipment and recipes to meet product and operational needs.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
