About The Position
The Converting Operator Trainee works in the manufacturing area and performs assigned work according to scheduled production requirements. The role operates production equipment safely, productively, efficiently, and with attention to quality to help meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. The employee is expected to be self-motivated and cooperative, maintain excellent attendance, follow work rules, and use critical reasoning to address problems affecting safety, quality, or productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work any shift.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime.
Nice To Haves
- One to three years of prior manufacturing experience; preferred but not required.
