Requirements

• You have at least five years of professional or project experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d), Project Manager, or in a comparable role in the field of Conversational AI.
• You have already successfully implemented Conversational AI projects and have extensive experience in the design and creation of rule-based Conversational AI bots or LLM-based AI agents.
• You are experienced in the analysis and evaluation of Conversational AI bots and know how to translate data into clear, understandable KPIs that make the business impact of a Conversational AI project measurable.
• You have sound knowledge of one or more BI tools and are skilled in creating and critically questioning dashboards.
• You know what RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs are, and are not afraid of technical project management.
• You have a talent for dealing with different stakeholders and can inspire, mediate, and negotiate – fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• You develop Conversational AI applications for Voice & Chat in the channels Phone, Alexa, WhatsApp, Web- and App-Chat with our established frameworks and platforms such as Parloa.
• You advise our clients on the channel-specific potentials of Conversational AI and create state-of-the-art customer journeys.
• You accompany projects from the initial customer inquiry and implementation, through operation, to data-based evaluation and further development, manage the project management, and coordinate a multifunctional team.
• You continuously analyze the performance of your Conversational AI projects, evaluate the data obtained, and derive concrete recommendations for action and optimization potential.
• You support the team in setting up and maintaining dashboards – always with the goal of defining clear and understandable KPIs that highlight the positive business impact of our projects.
• You use the substantial creative freedom we give you to lead your customer projects to success and to further develop us as an agency.
