About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our convenience store team. The representative is the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves processing transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the store schedule.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
