About The Position

MotoMart operates more than 80 convenience stores across the Midwest and aims to provide fast, friendly service while creating welcoming neighborhood destinations. The Convenience Store Associate serves customers, handles sales, stocks merchandise, maintains store cleanliness, prepares food safely, and may assist with additional store functions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Complete sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Stock shelves and coolers, ensuring correct pricing and label placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and a professional personal appearance.
• Clean floors, restrooms, and counters, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Keep exterior areas clean by removing litter, handling fuel spills, and emptying trash.
• Prepare quality food items in compliance with kitchen safety protocols.
• Assist with other functions such as car washes, gaming rooms, and drive-throughs, if applicable.
