About The Position

MotoMart operates more than 80 convenience stores across the Midwest, providing fast, friendly service for customers’ everyday needs. The Convenience Store Associate helps create a welcoming neighborhood destination by serving customers, completing sales, stocking and maintaining the store, preparing food, and assisting with other store functions where applicable.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Accurately complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Stock shelves and coolers and ensure pricing and labels are correct.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and a professional personal appearance.
• Clean floors, restrooms, and counters and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Keep exterior areas clean, including removing litter, handling fuel spills, and emptying trash.
• Prepare quality food items in compliance with kitchen safety protocols.
• Assist with other functions such as car washes, gaming rooms, and drive-throughs, if applicable.
