About The Position
Haffner’s is seeking a convenience store associate to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. The role involves maintaining store cleanliness and stock, following rules for age-restricted sales, carrying out management-assigned duties, and helping maintain safe conditions. Haffner’s describes itself as a family-oriented regional company operating gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and food service locations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The position is part-time and overnight in Berlin, with a stated pay range of $16.00–$19.00 per hour plus a $2.00-per-hour shift differential. A $300 sign-on bonus is available.

Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales, including tobacco and alcohol.
- Maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Replenish stock to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Complete duties assigned by management.
- Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
- Report equipment or facility conditions that need repair or create a hazard to management.
