About The Position
We are seeking a Controls Technician Lead to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves troubleshooting and working with Building Automation Systems (BAS), including programming, testing, and commissioning. You will collaborate with installation teams, building owners, end-users, and general contractors, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar role
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
- Fundamental understanding of testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot controls BAS systems
- Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
- Testing building automation systems
- Commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
- Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs
- Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users, and general contractors
- Ability to work in a team environment
