About The Position
We are seeking a Controls Technician for our Minneapolis, MN location. This role involves working closely with controls installations, start-up, and termination of equipment and programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Controls Technician or in a similar position, with knowledge in programming building automation systems, creating applications, and troubleshooting controls systems. A fundamental understanding of running wire, panels, and commissioning, along with a strong grasp of HVAC concepts and design layouts, is essential. Experience in creating graphics and efficient communication with building owners are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Knowledge in Programming building automation systems and creating applications
- Experience in troubleshooting controls systems
- Fundamental understanding of running wire, panels, and commissioning
- Strong understanding of HVAC concepts as well as design layouts
- Knowledge and understanding of creating graphics
- Communicate efficiently with building owners
