About The Position
This is for a Mechanical & Controls company that has 300+ employees and has 4 of 7 offices in Colorado: Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and Colorado Mountains. The company is a large/reputable HVAC Mechanical Company with a Controls Division, operating for 60+ years with 7 offices and 300+ employees. The parent company does around $60+ million and has a total of 40+ locations throughout the U.S. Their clientele includes Commercial Class A Buildings, K-12, Community Colleges, and local Universities. The Controls Tech position offers various promotional paths to different upward positions and will pay Above-Scale. They are hiring various levels and offer a 4-10 schedule (4 days a week for work at 10 hours a day), with the opportunity to work 5 days a week if needed.
Requirements
- Tridium N4 Certified (will provide training)
- Experience with Communication Protocol Integration: BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc
- Experience with Controls Installation and Start-Up
- Experience with Point-to-Point Commissioning/Check-out
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel to sites in Denver, CO and assist on projects in other parts of Colorado.
