About The Position

Grow Early Learning is seeking an experienced Controller to support our team on a 6‑month assignment. This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional who enjoys leading financial operations in a mission-driven environment. This is an in-office, Part-time Controller position for a 6-month assignment, requiring 25 hours per week, located at our Raleigh, NC Corporate Office.

Requirements

• Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience
• Knowledge of accounting processes, controls, and federal regulations
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
• 3-5 years of accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Monitor departmental budgets, expenditures, and revenues
• Ensure accurate coding, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Provide clear financial insights to leadership and departments
