About The Position

The Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs owns content for Anthropic’s strategic-customer executive engagements, including Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and similar gatherings. The role sets strategy across these programs, builds and maintains a library of reusable content modules, develops a roster of prepared speakers, and leads the team responsible for keeping content current as Anthropic’s models and products evolve. Working between Product & Solutions Marketing and customer programs, the role translates Anthropic’s product, research, and policy story into sessions designed for executive audiences. It partners with program leads on priority engagements, tailors content to customer objectives, and sets standards and templates for consistent quality. The role also gathers customer feedback, measures content effectiveness, collaborates with Product, Research, Marketing, and go-to-market leadership, and uses Claude to develop workflows for customizing content efficiently. The role requires experience creating C-level customer content at an enterprise technology company, technical fluency, strong writing and judgment about session formats, and experience managing a team. Anthropic describes its work as focused on building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that are safe and beneficial for users and society.

Requirements

  • Experience creating content for C-level customer audiences in executive briefings, advisory boards, executive councils, or similar programs.
  • Experience building and maintaining a content system used by others, such as a module library, session catalog, or speaker program, through frequent product change.
  • Technical fluency to work with researchers and engineers, understand their work, and explain it accurately to business executives.
  • Experience coaching senior executives and technical experts as speakers, including providing direct feedback on their materials.
  • Ability to select and design an appropriate format, such as a presentation, demo, or facilitated discussion.
  • Experience managing people, including hiring and developing a team.
  • Strong writing ability, including drafting executive-session narratives and improving others’ writing.
  • Genuine interest in AI and helping large enterprises adopt it responsibly.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • A field of study relevant to the role, demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 12+ years in product marketing, executive content, or executive customer programs at a B2B technology company.
  • Experience owning positioning and messaging for a technical product and adapting it for different audiences.
  • Experience at a company where products change quickly and content has a short shelf life.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce or tailor content.
  • Experience facilitating executive discussions, not only preparing others to lead them.
  • Experience working with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute content strategy across Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other strategic-customer gatherings.
  • Build and maintain an evergreen library of modules covering product and roadmap, research, safety and policy, industry and use cases, demos, and discussion guides.
  • Keep content current through refresh cycles tied to model and product launches; retire stale content and develop new modules.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and certify speakers across executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams; maintain the speaker roster and prepare speakers for sessions.
  • Design session formats appropriate to the audience and objectives, including working sessions, live demos, researcher conversations, and peer discussions.
  • Partner with program leads to create agendas for priority engagements and tailor modules to customer objectives.
  • Set standards and templates for executive-program engagements.
  • Work with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, and Research to prepare executive-level content in time for launches.
  • Capture customer themes, objections, and requests, route them to relevant teams and leadership, and use them to improve content.
  • Measure session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance, and work with program leads to connect content to program outcomes.
  • Hire, manage, and develop the executive program content team and establish its quality bar.
  • Use Claude to build workflows that tailor modules to customers’ industries and priorities without rebuilding sessions from scratch.
