About The Position

The Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs owns content strategy for Anthropic’s executive customer programs, including Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other small-group gatherings with strategic customers. The role translates Anthropic’s product, research, and policy story into sessions designed for senior business audiences, and determines the formats and speakers best suited to each audience and objective. The lead will build and maintain an evergreen library of content modules, establish a speaker bench, and lead the team responsible for keeping program content current as Anthropic’s models and products evolve. The role partners closely with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, Research, and customer program leads, while owning the content layer between positioning and messaging and program operations and customer experience. The role also shapes interactive experiences and demos, supports high-priority customer agendas, captures and routes customer feedback, measures content effectiveness, and uses Claude to develop workflows for tailoring sessions to customer industries and priorities. The position calls for a product marketing or narrative background, experience creating content for C-level enterprise technology audiences, technical fluency, strong writing and speaker-coaching skills, and experience managing a team.

Requirements

  • Experience building content for C-level customer audiences in executive briefings, advisory boards, executive councils, or similar programs.
  • Experience building and maintaining a content system used by others, such as a module library, session catalog, or speaker program, through frequent product change.
  • Technical fluency to work directly with researchers and engineers, understand what they have built, and explain it accurately to business executives.
  • Experience coaching senior executives and technical experts as speakers, including giving direct feedback on their materials.
  • Judgment in selecting and designing appropriate formats, including presentations, demos, and facilitated discussions.
  • Experience managing people, including hiring and developing a team.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft executive session narratives and improve others’ writing.
  • Genuine interest in AI and helping large enterprises adopt it responsibly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • A field of study relevant to the role, demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 12+ years in product marketing, executive content, or executive customer programs at a B2B technology company.
  • Experience owning positioning and messaging for a technical product and adapting it for different audiences.
  • Experience at a company where products change quickly and content has a short shelf life.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce or tailor content.
  • Experience facilitating executive discussions, not only preparing others to lead them.
  • Experience working with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute content strategy across Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other strategic customer gatherings, including annual themes and narratives tailored to program, audience, and purpose.
  • Build and maintain an evergreen library of modules covering product and roadmap, research, safety and policy, industry and use cases, demos, and discussion guides.
  • Keep content current through refresh cadences tied to model and product launches; retire outdated content and maintain a pipeline of new modules.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and certify speakers from executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams; maintain a cross-program roster and prepare speakers for sessions.
  • Design experiences and select formats such as working sessions, live demos, researcher conversations, and customer peer discussions.
  • Partner with program leads to tailor agendas and modules for high-priority engagements and establish standards and templates for other engagements.
  • Work with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, and Research to prepare executive-level content in time for launches.
  • Capture customer themes, objections, and requests from program sessions, route them to relevant teams and leaders, and use feedback to improve content.
  • Measure session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance, and work with program leads to connect content to program outcomes.
  • Hire, manage, and develop the executive program content team and set its quality bar.
  • Use Claude to build workflows that tailor modules to customer industries and priorities without requiring sessions to be rebuilt.
