About The Position

GE HealthCare is creating a 30,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center (CEC) flagship at its Waukesha campus, targeted to open in September 2027. The CEC will present the company’s enterprise portfolio through care pathways, clinical workflows, multimodality solutions, digital and AI capabilities, software, services and lifecycle value. It is a strategic account platform where health system leaders can experience GE HealthCare’s offerings for patients, clinicians and their business. The Content Strategy & Governance Manager is the CEC’s storytelling architect and founding team member. The role owns the planning, creation, governance and lifecycle of content experiences, ensuring visits deliver a unified enterprise narrative that is accurate, compelling, compliant and tailored to customers. The manager integrates input from clinical subject matter experts, product teams, sales leadership, creative agencies and regulatory stakeholders, coordinating 200+ SMEs and governing 130+ net-new content modules and interactive experiences across care pathways, modalities, software, AI and services. Before opening, the manager will build the content architecture and standards, coordinate and validate launch content, and lead approvals and lifecycle governance. After opening, the role will personalize content journeys for customer visits, steward CEC content and agendas, and use feedback and engagement data to improve or retire content. The work supports a founding CEC team of approximately seven people at opening, expected to grow to 14 roles at full scale. The position requires regular on-site presence in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area. GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas for this opening.
