About The Position

GE HealthCare is creating a 30,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center (CEC) flagship at its Waukesha campus, targeted to open in September 2027. The center will present the enterprise portfolio through care pathways, clinical workflows, multimodality solutions, digital and AI capabilities, software, services and lifecycle value. It is intended as a strategic account platform where health system leaders can experience how GE HealthCare supports patients, clinicians and business needs. The Content Strategy & Governance Manager is the CEC’s storytelling architect, responsible for planning, creating, governing and managing the lifecycle of content experiences. The role ensures that each visit delivers a unified enterprise narrative that is accurate, compelling, compliant and tailored to the customer. It integrates input from clinical subject matter experts, product teams, sales leadership, creative agencies and regulatory stakeholders, coordinating more than 200 SMEs and governing more than 130 new content modules and interactive experiences. Before the center opens, the manager will establish the content architecture and standards, coordinate the development and validation of launch content, and lead governance and approval workflows. After opening, the role will personalize content journeys for customer visits, steward agendas and content, and use feedback and engagement data to improve or retire experiences. The position is a founding member of the CEC team and partners closely with Journey Consultants and the Briefing Manager.
