About The Position

Buck Mason is hiring a Content Strategist to set and uphold the brand’s content strategy and voice across email, website, social, paid media, and in-store channels. This is both a strategic and hands-on writing role: the strategist defines the objective and customer for each brief, then creates content that reflects the brand’s point of view and serves the needs of the channel. The role is based full time onsite at Buck Mason’s Los Angeles headquarters, working closely with merchandising, creative, email, design, and marketing teams. The strategist will develop a deep point of view on Buck Mason’s products and customers, including the fabric, construction, and fit of both menswear and womenswear. They will shape product stories and franchise platforms, help plan monthly go-to-market storytelling, and ensure each channel presents a coherent brand. They will review content for consistency and quality, give useful feedback, and monitor performance measures such as product-page conversion, email click rate, and social engagement, adjusting content based on results. Buck Mason, founded in 2013, creates high-quality, modern American clothing and accessories, with a focus on quality and pieces designed to last beyond a single season. The position reports to the VP of Digital. The listed annual base salary range is $75,000–$85,000; total compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and other perks.
