About The Position

As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing creative and original content across a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and video channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring fresh ideas and engage our community with consistent and captivating content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a content creator, writer, or in a similar role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices for content creation
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and advanced graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and technology

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights), and content performance tracking is a plus.
  • A minimum of three years graphic design and video editing experience (using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard software)
  • Able to understand the needs and requirements of all forms of digital, print and large format media in both CMYK and RGB colour space
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of copywriting for marketing or advertising purposes
  • A keen interest in marketing and a willingness to dive into various tasks
  • Ready to wear multiple hats and take on diverse responsibilities
  • Eager to learn, grow, and stay updated on design trends and marketing strategies
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes positively to team dynamics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to receive and apply constructive criticisms from peers
  • Versatile and open minded

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for a variety of formats, including, social media post, video scripts, graphics for our marketing materials, including online content, brochures, and more
  • Develop and implement content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Visit job sites for filming, work with internal teams on video projects
  • Research industry trends and audience interests to produce timely and relevant content
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of customer feedback, managing reviews, and ensuring a positive online presence
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms
  • Analyze content performance using metrics and adjust strategies as needed for optimization
  • Engage with followers and online communities to foster interaction and brand loyalty
