About The Position

Caseware is seeking a Content Specialist who excels at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and AI-powered efficiency. This role is focused on creating high-impact, short-form content, including campaign emails, ad copy, website messaging, and digital experiences, to drive engagement and action. The Content Specialist will be instrumental in bringing the brand and campaigns to life through clear, compelling, and conversion-focused writing. This is an opportunity for a creative writer and modern content creator who understands how to leverage human insight with AI tools for smarter, faster, and more effective content production at scale. This is a new, full-time, permanent, hybrid position requiring three days a week at the Toronto office.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a focus on short-form, high-impact content
  • Experience writing for digital channels (email, ads, web, and social)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, and a willingness to experiment and learn
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance and business objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling, high-performing copy for campaign emails, paid and organic ads, website pages and landing pages, and social and digital content.
  • Craft clear, engaging messaging that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to support campaign execution.
  • Develop content optimized for engagement, click-through rates, and conversion.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on performance and insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, writing, and content production.
  • Use AI to improve speed, scalability, and personalization across content outputs.
  • Experiment with new tools and approaches to continuously evolve how content is created and delivered.
  • Analyze content performance and apply learnings to improve future outputs.
  • Test variations of messaging and formats to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to align content with business goals.
  • Contribute to blog posts, articles, and other long-form content as needed.
  • Support content repurposing, turning long-form content into engaging short-form assets.
  • Ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all formats.
