About The Position

Vable is hiring a Content Operations Specialist to keep its source library accurate and reliable for clients. This is a fully remote, UK-based, 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm UK time. The role reports to the Product Manager for Core Content and works alongside a Data Specialist in a small team of two. The position focuses on hands-on setup and maintenance of content sources, including news sites, publisher feeds and email newsletters. The specialist checks web pages and emails, investigates why sources have stopped collecting content, and fixes problems using existing processes and internal tools. The work is detailed and responsive, covering daily maintenance, client requests and larger projects. It is not client-facing; requests are routed through the Customer Success team. The successful candidate will have real responsibility from their first weeks and will learn alongside an experienced small team. By the end of the contract, they should be able to cover the content function independently. Feedback on tools and processes will also help shape improvements. The salary is £30,000 per annum.
