About The Position

Leadhub is hiring a Content Specialist to lead SEO content work for home service and trades clients, including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and garage door companies. The role involves researching what clients should rank for, creating and optimizing service, location, and blog pages, and monitoring their impact on organic visibility and leads. The specialist also maintains accurate citations and Google Business Profile data, supports client reporting, and coordinates with the account and development teams as needed. The work is primarily independent and combines planned content with incoming client requests. The position is based in Leadhub’s San Antonio office Monday through Thursday, with work from home on Fridays, and reports to the Director of Brand Visibility. The specialist uses tools including Google Search Console, GA4, SE Ranking, WordPress, and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. AI assists with the work but does not replace the specialist’s judgment.
