About The Position

The Marketing department creates passion and relevance for the "Dolby Difference" driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents – partners, creators, consumers, and developers. The Content Operations role sits at the intersection of Social, Digital, CRM, and Regional Marketing teams, providing structure, intelligence, and scalability across Dolby's global content ecosystem. This role manages the Global Content Calendar and the operational infrastructure that enables content to move efficiently across digital and social channels, teams, and markets. A core expectation of this role is leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to modernize how content is planned, coordinated, optimized, and activated. This role is responsible not only for managing timelines, but also for creating intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort, increase visibility, improve content reuse, and enable more connected customer journeys. This role does not define creative direction or channel strategy. Instead, it serves as a key coordination function that connects teams, systems, and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a global content calendar, planning system, or similar cross-functional process adopted by multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI-assisted workflows, including content tagging, metadata generation, summarization, sequencing, or related content operations processes.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills, with the ability to develop governance models, operating cadences, documentation, and playbooks that support consistency and scalability across markets and teams.
  • Experience collaborating across Social, Digital, CRM, Regional Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, translating diverse requirements and dependencies into actionable plans.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, IT, Information Security, Compliance, or related stakeholders to support the responsible adoption of new technologies and translate requirements into practical guidance for teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience measuring operational effectiveness through metrics such as lead time, asset reuse, planning accuracy, and activation effectiveness, and applying findings to improve processes.
  • Experience leveraging automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or workflow optimization tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance team productivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in an operational leadership role, enabling creative, marketing, and channel teams through strong planning, coordination, and execution support.
