Content Marketing Manager

Gong is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join their growing Content team. The role involves developing compelling content that attracts, educates, and converts revenue leaders while maintaining the Gong brand narrative and voice. The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative content that helps revenue leaders transform their organizations and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, B2B SaaS content marketer who can drive content strategy, create content, and measure its effectiveness.

• Be a key custodian of the Gong brand narrative and framework, leveraging it to reach core audiences
• Understand revenue leaders and sellers to develop compelling content and distribution strategies for engagement at different stages of the funnel and customer lifecycle
• Partner with and advise campaigns and product marketing teams to develop messaging and content tactics for maximum awareness, engagement, and demand
• Edit and write content across various platforms and formats, including blog posts, guides, social media posts, and landing pages
• Collaborate to manage resources required for successful execution of content projects (freelancers, agencies, cross-functional resources)
• Exhibit advanced editorial craftsmanship, data storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Stay updated on content and social media trends and make recommendations to optimize Gong's content strategy
• Establish goals and metrics of success to measure, share, and optimize content performance
• Have 6+ years of proven content marketing experience and results with a B2B software company, preferably in the revenue technology industry
• Possess excellent editorial, communication, and project management skills
• Be a strong collaborator and easy to work with.
