About The Position

As a Content Design Senior Associate in Employee Experience – CAO Help Content, you will shape customer experiences and build customer confidence across products and services. You will plan, create, and structure product content using content design principles within a user experience design framework. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure narrative consistency and influence product design, architecture, and functionality.

JPMorganChase is a financial institution serving consumers, small businesses, and corporate, institutional, and government clients. This role is part of its Corporate Functions and Human Resources organizations, which support the employee experience, firm culture, and workforce.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing and writing, focused on digital products and platforms.
• Experience creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear, concise writing.
• Demonstrated experience applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content.
• Experience with iterative design techniques and incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding of their impact on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, aligning them with user experience principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly, cohesive, and intuitive content for diverse audiences.
• Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Apply the brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize and enhance user experiences.
