About The Position

We are looking for a Content Coordinator to support the Ecommerce & UX team in the development and execution of site content and merchandising strategies. In this role, you will help enhance the online shopping experience by assisting with scheduled website updates, content optimization, and ongoing maintenance across key digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in e‑commerce, digital marketing, online merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to organize, track, and manage content accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of website analytics and customer behavior to help support content decisions and optimize the customer journey.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must have a creative eye for trends and flair for upcoming trends.
  • Collaborative and friendly team-player who is also working independently.
  • Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across projects, multiple partner relationships and other internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience thinking strategically, conceptually and creatively.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Background in fashion a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and assembling site content, including pulling gazettes, organizing contact sheets, archiving and cataloging weekly site updates, creating linking documents, and supporting the execution and management of ongoing content updates.
  • Support the Merchandising team and their strategies to improve product discoverability and customer engagement.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Front-End Development teams to ensure a seamless online experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital merchandising and content execution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems for content linking, tracking, and cataloging to support smooth content handoffs and efficient site updates.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to ensure content accuracy, functionality of links, and imagery usage.
  • Track content performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Assist the Digital Operations team and Sr. Manager of User Experience with A/B testing initiatives to support site and content optimizations.
