Powered by the Sun Auto Network, we combine the personalized service of neighborhood repair shops with the resources, technology, and innovation of a national organization to deliver exceptional tire and automotive care.The Digital Content & Web Operations Coordinator supports the maintenance and optimization of more than 50 websites through engaging content, promotional campaigns, and website configuration. This role blends content management, digital merchandising, and website administration to ensure our websites remain accurate, engaging, and optimized for customer acquisition and business growth.As a member of a small, collaborative digital team, you will work closely with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Development, and other internal and external partners to build webpages, launch promotions, manage website configurations, leverage AI-assisted content creation tools, and continuously improve the customer experience across our portfolio of websites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience managing website content.
  • Experience launching digital marketing campaigns and website promotions.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with WordPress.
  • Experience using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (editing existing code; development experience not required).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or other web analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with CMS workflows and content governance.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-brand website environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and update website pages using WordPress and custom content management tools.
  • Assist with creating and updating landing pages, service pages, location pages, blog articles, press releases, and other website content.
  • Utilize AI-assisted content creation tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies, to improve content creation efficiency, support content optimization, generate ideas, and enhance website copy while maintaining brand standards and editorial quality.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards, SEO and AI optimization (AIO) best practices, accessibility guidelines, and content governance.
  • Maintain page layouts, images, downloadable assets, internal linking, and other website content.
  • Support regular content audits to ensure website information remains accurate and current.
  • Configure and launch website promotions, seasonal campaigns, and limited-time offers.
  • Schedule promotional content and ensure timely activation and expiration.
  • Manage homepage banners, featured content, pop-ups, promotional messaging, and other campaign assets.
  • Partner with Marketing to support new business initiatives, acquisitions, and brand campaigns.
  • Perform quality assurance testing for promotions across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Configure website components, including forms, calls-to-action, navigation menus, redirects, content modules, location information, promotional banners, widgets, and reusable content blocks.
  • Manage website settings across multiple sites within a WordPress multisite environment.
  • Coordinate website updates with developers when technical changes are required.
  • Test website updates before publishing.
  • Validate responsive behavior across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Monitor websites for broken links, formatting issues, and content inconsistencies.
  • Ensure promotions, forms, appointment flows, and key user journeys function properly.
  • Apply SEO and AI optimization (AIO) best practices through well-structured content, metadata, internal linking, semantic markup, and AI-friendly content organization.
  • Monitor website health and identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, search visibility, and user engagement.
  • Support ongoing optimization initiatives that improve customer engagement, website performance, and conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Development, Operations, and external agencies to support website enhancements and digital initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into effective website updates and content improvements.
  • Participate in planning sessions for new website features, enhancements, and digital marketing initiatives.
