About The Position

As a Content and Marketing Creator, you will be part of a small, diverse group focused on accelerating the transformation of Westinghouse through AI and innovation. You are a marketer and communicator who not only excels in content creation, but also brings presence, communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This role requires someone who can develop communication plans, maintain a global vision, think outside the box, and approach challenges with both creative thinking and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication
  • Produce captivating written and visual narratives, with skills in combining information into clear, impactful messages.
  • Operate camera equipment, producing video content, and appearing on camera for trainings and visual materials.
  • 1+ years of experience with design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Think outside the box, bring new ideas, adapt tone and style, and create engaging content in multiple formats.
  • Work with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Comfortable navigating evolving contexts, adjusting approach, and working with different teams and topics.

Responsibilities

  • Promote AI and innovation activities by creating compelling content (graphic design, audiovisual, events)
  • Coordinate content creation across multiple teams, requiring flexibility, organization, coordination, and patience.
  • Organize trainings sessions and online and onsite events within the company, animate interviews and scripted conferences
  • Work with communications team to ensure content and ideas are consistent with Westinghouse marketing and communication efforts
