About The Position

If you're a content creator who's bored doing the same thing every day, this is for you.
Opportunity is not to sit behind a desk making the same graphics. This role is about helping bring real campaigns to life.
This role includes:
Video (Reels, quick-turn content)
Fast-turn content creation using a phone-first approach
Design (print and digital)
Multiple brands with different audiences
Real-world campaigns you'll actually see in communities
You won't be guessing what to create. We'll provide direction and clear campaign objectives, and you'll own executing at a high level.

Requirements

• Degree in business marketing, graphic design, or other related degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Experience with design and content development while executing marketing strategies
• Knowledge and experience using digital platforms (social media, websites, e-mail marketing) to grow brand awareness, engage an audience, and increase market share
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with design software; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple product lines, meet deadlines, and interact with all business units with an open, creative, and inspiring attitude
• Strong attention to detail, solid editing and proofreading skills, and experience with content management and analytics reporting
