About The Position

Redemption Church is seeking a creative and mission -driven Content Creator to join our Creative Department. This role is primarily focused on producing compelling video content that communicates the heart of our church — from worship services to social media and beyond. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who is comfortable behind the camera, skilled in editing, and passionate about sharing the Gospel in fresh, engaging ways

Requirements

  • Operate video production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) with skill and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Dropbox, and Asana.

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic Design o While this role focuses on video, experience in graphic design is a strong plus:
  • Background in a church, ministry, or event -based creative environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Video production & editing.
  • Craft both short - and long -form video content that reflects Redemption Church’s mission and values.
  • Maintain high technical standards in editing (sound, color, motion, and pacing).
  • Capture high -quality video and photo content during Sunday services, events, and midweek activities.
  • Film, edit, and produce daily/weekly content including reels, stories, highlight videos, testimonies, and recap pieces, As well as plan and edit video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, worship services, conferences, and special events.
  • Help with the full content pipeline: ideation → capture → edit → export → delivery.
  • Maintain organized media folders, project files, and delivery systems.
  • Create content that is consistent with Redemption’s branding, style, and tone.
  • Help manage posting and scheduling for select few Redemption accounts (e.g., young adults, kids ministry, or departments as assigned).
  • Skilled with Black Magic Cameras and knowledgeable in camera settings.
  • Ability to design graphics for social media, web, merchandise, signage, and live events.
  • Operate video production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) with skill and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Dropbox, and Asana.
  • Support social campaigns for product launches, events, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
  • Capture and edit content needed for campaigns (promo videos, BTS, testimonies, reels, etc.).
  • Help ensure high -quality content is delivered on time for multi -department campaigns.
