About The Position

This role provides consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies, aligning with Westerra Experience service initiatives. It requires an in-depth understanding of Westerra’s consumer lending products and involves gathering loan-specific details and documentation from members or partners. The role also includes reviewing final loan details, payment methods, closing options, loan documents, and funding. Additionally, the position offers guidance to other departments on lending matters and ensures accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up in processing loan applications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • Notary certification, or ability to obtain

  • Basic knowledge of consumer lending regulations (for II)

Responsibilities

  • Provide consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies.
  • Gather loan-specific details and documentation from members or partners.
  • Review final loan details, payment methods, closing options, loan documents, and funding.
  • Offer guidance to other departments on lending matters.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up in processing loan applications.
