About The Position
The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense experience is required. Experience working in construction defect litigation is preferred. Stellar academic credentials. Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy. Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Prior insurance defense experience
- Proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

Responsibilities
