About The Position
The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired. This role involves analyzing complex legal issues, providing effective counsel, drafting pleadings and motions, responding to discoveries, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have stellar academic credentials, strong legal research and writing skills, persuasive oral advocacy, and a client-centric approach. Requirements
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Prior insurance defense experience required
- Proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Stellar academic credentials
- Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
- Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
- Unwavering commitment to exceptional client service
- Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required
