About The Position

K Squared Construction & Design is hiring a Construction Laborer to support field crews on high-end residential projects, including bespoke homes, additions, and remodels in Granite Bay, California. The role assists carpenters, project managers, and field crews with daily construction tasks and helps maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites. The position is full-time and pays $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, project managers, and field crews with daily tasks.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Assist with demolition, site preparation, and general construction support.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards.
• Support a professional, client-focused jobsite environment.
