About The Position

Premier Electric, part of Kelso Industries, is seeking experienced Residential Electricians to work on high-end custom homes in the Naples, Florida area and surrounding communities, including Fort Myers and Port Charlotte. The company handles projects ranging from large commercial buildings to ultra high-end residential homes and offers a steady pipeline of projects. The role involves residential electrical installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and collaboration with project teams to complete quality work safely and on schedule.

Requirements

At least 5 years of residential electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of residential wiring methods and electrical systems.
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work safely and professionally on active construction sites.

Nice To Haves

Experience working on custom and high-end homes is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. English-speaking candidates are preferred; Spanish-only candidates with strong experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems.
Perform rough-in and finish electrical work for custom homes.
Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, and related electrical components.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.
Ensure work meets applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
