About The Position

Premier Electric, part of Kelso Industries, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead residential electrical projects in the Naples, Florida area and surrounding locations. The work supports high-end custom home construction and calls for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Premier Electric is an electrical contractor serving projects ranging from large-scale commercial buildings to ultra-high-end residential homes. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Field Supervisor. Requirements

• At least 5 years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate work activities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous foreman, lead electrician, or crew leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience with custom and high-end residential projects is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electricians on residential job sites.
• Plan daily work activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and complex installations as needed.
