About The Position
The Construction Administrator / Project Manager will manage on-site and administrative project execution, ensuring strict adherence to architectural plans, safety protocols, and contractual specifications. The ideal candidate brings comprehensive field experience in correctional environments, strong contractor management skills, and the technical confidence to resolve complex construction issues without requiring day-to-day supervision.
Requirements
- Correctional / Jail Facility Experience: Demonstrated direct experience managing construction administration or architectural oversight within correctional facilities, detention centers, or high-security public safety environments.
- Autonomous Project Management: Proven track record of managing project-level construction administration independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Industry Background: Minimum 5–8+ years of architectural administration, construction management, or owner's representation experience on complex institutional or public sector projects.
- Communication & Technical Acumen: Superior oral and written communication skills, with strong capabilities in contractor negotiations and multi-disciplinary coordination.
